Order Processing All CoolPaws orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Timeframes Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Customs and Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. CoolPaws has no control over customs processing times or fees.
Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at coolpawsonline@gmail.com. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
