How long does shipping take?
We ship from our suppliers directly to you. Standard shipping takes 6-15 business days to the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to track your package directly.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes! All our products are pet-safe and tested for quality. Our cooling mats use non-toxic gel and our fountains use food-grade stainless steel.

What size cooling mat should I get?
As a guide: S (50x40cm) for cats and small dogs, M (62x50cm) for medium dogs, L (70x55cm) for large dogs, XL (100x75cm) for extra-large dogs.

How do I clean the pet water fountain?
We recommend cleaning the fountain every 1-2 weeks. All parts are removable and can be washed with mild soap and warm water.
